Slept all Night!

My “a-ha” moment was during the energizing practice, when I felt the energy flow in the palm of my hand, and the recipient could tell when I stopped energizing. Great Immersive Experience

Best Experience of Level 1
The technique we practiced called “General Sweeping” was the best experience of the Basic Pranic Healing class … it was like being wrapped in a warm blanket. The most important thing I learned was how much our energy affects our lives.

Air Prana ... so delightful!
I would describe this class as well organized with an excellent instructor. Much of this was familiar to me (energy, chakras, etc.) but what was new was the structure of the healing practice which makes it incredibly easy to help myself and others. Knots melted away
I carry my stress in my upper back and neck. I get basilar headaches. My neck and traps will knot up with muscle spasms.
