Burning the Oatmeal

I think for many of us we have lived such stressful lives for so long that we don’t even realize how much better life can be. After receiving consistent and regular Pranic Healing sessions I realize that prior to having them I had no reference point for how much better my life could be.

Pranic Healing was described to me as a way to turn the volume down on emotions. I didn’t really understand how high that volume was set or how adversely it was effecting every area of my life until receiving Pranic Healing treatment. Sure there were little things that let me know I was out of balance, such as feeling like l never get a good night sleep, but after not sleeping well for so long, I had forgotten what it was like to sleep well.
After Pranic Healing, bumps in the road start feeling like bumps in the road rather than major construction. Accidentally burning the oatmeal for breakfast is something that just happened that morning rather than something that sets the tone for the day.
Pranic Healing has become the gift I chose to give everyone I love. In this time where the importance of Self Care is becoming more and more recognized and accepted I feel that Pranic Psychotherapy is the gift we can all give ourselves.
