Meditation Practice – May 10 in Beaverton, OR

May 10, 2019 @ 6:00 pm - 8:00 pm

Looking for a little inner peace?  Come join us for a short guided meditation, called the Meditation for Planetary Peace, or Meditation on Twin Hearts.

Meditation on Twin Hearts is a “metta,” or loving-kindness, guided meditation structured after the Prayer of St. Francis. It has a powerful self-healing effect, at the same time, offering tremendous amount of world service.

How does this meditation work?

The crown is the center for divine love and can only be activated when the heart is sufficiently activated, which is the center for human love. The Meditation of Twin Hearts is a noble tool that raises one’s vibrations toward higher states of awareness and expanded levels of consciousness.

When the crown is activated, lots of divine energy enters the body. It falls like a huge waterfall which benefits us in numerous ways. Our aura gets cleansed and brightened and our heart and crown become activated and transformed. Our sensitivity, our healing ability and our intuition improves. This meditation is also a great service to the world as it increases peace, harmony and healing.

The Twin Hearts meditation can be used for the benefit of an individual, a family, a community and greater than all, for the benefit of the entire world in ways that continually improve one’s life and the lives of others.

Join us as we build community with other like-minded people and enjoy gentle exercises, light refreshments and a great guided meditation!  More information about Pranic Healing will be available after the meditation.

**we are meeting in the Group Practice room across from suite 560**
